A week after the Common Civil Code came into effect, the Uttarakhand government has registered its first live-in relationship, an official said. Home Secretary Shailesh Bagauli said that applicants' details are encrypted and officials can only see the number of applications & registrations, while only the registrars concerned will have their details.
