Scientists know that the shape of the inner core of the Earth is changing

Scientists have discovered that Earth's inner core is changing shape. For this research, scientists analyzed the seismic waveforms of repeated earthquakes in the same location from 1991-2023. The fluid flow of the outer core, combined with the uneven gravitational field, is said to change the shape of the inner core. This can affect the length of a day & magnetic field.
