The security of the Finance Ministry is increased as CISF & IB officers are patrolling 15 days before the Budget is presented. Also, the movements of those involved in budget preparation are monitored by intelligence officials. Till 1980, the budget was printed at the press at Minto Road, but now it is printed at North Block.
